Shipping & Delivery Policy

All our products are digital eBooks in PDF format. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping charges.

How you receive your eBook

• You need an account to buy. Sign up with your name, email and mobile number.
• As soon as your payment succeeds, the eBook appears on the My eBooks page of your account, ready to read and download.
• You can log in on any device, any time, and download your eBooks again.

Delivery time

Delivery is instant, usually within a few seconds of a successful payment. In rare cases, such as a delay in payment confirmation from your bank, it can take up to 24 hours.

If you don't receive your eBook

If your payment succeeded but the eBook isn't in My eBooks within 24 hours, email examsidea2024@gmail.com or call +91 79911 07150 with your Razorpay payment ID. We'll fix it or refund you as described in our Refund Policy.
