This Privacy Policy explains how ExamsIdea ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use this website and buy our digital products.

Information we collect

• Account and order details: your name, email address and mobile number, and the products you buy. Your mobile number is also your login password; the password copy is stored only in hashed form.
• Payment details: payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive a payment reference and status, but we never receive or store your card, UPI PIN or bank login details.
• Technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site running.

How we use it

• To run your account, process your order and give you access to your eBooks
• To provide customer support
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with legal and tax obligations

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not send marketing emails unless you opt in.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run the store: Razorpay (payments), our database and hosting providers, and our email delivery provider. Each processes data only on our instructions.

Cookies & local storage

We use a cookie to keep you logged in. We don't use advertising cookies.

Data retention & your rights

We keep order records as long as required for accounting and tax laws. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data (subject to legal retention requirements) by emailing examsidea2024@gmail.com.

Our products are meant for students. If you are under 18, please make purchases with a parent or guardian's permission.
