Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our products are digital files delivered instantly, all sales are generally final once the eBook is available in your account. Please check the class and subject before buying.

When we will refund

We will issue a full refund, or replace the file, if:

• You were charged but the eBook did not appear in My eBooks and we're unable to fix it within 48 hours
• You were charged more than once for the same order
• The file is corrupted, incomplete or materially different from its description, and we can't fix it within 3 working days
• You bought the wrong class/board by mistake and have not downloaded the file — request within 24 hours

How to request

Email examsidea2024@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase with your order ID / Razorpay payment ID and the reason.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method via Razorpay. Your bank may take a few additional days to reflect it.

Cancellation

Orders can't be cancelled after successful payment because delivery is immediate. If payment fails, no amount is charged; any amount debited for a failed payment is automatically reversed by your bank or Razorpay, usually within 5–7 working days.
